We pledge to design and implement quality Resettlement Training programmes that meet the needs of our clients by:

  • Informing the ATM of Resettlement Training courses offered 12 months before the courses begin.
  • Providing a 20% provision of the Resettlement Training program for retired ATM personnel and public.
  • Conducting at least 90% of the planned courses each year.
  • Ensuring that 90% of trainees passed the assessment in accordance with prescribed standards.
  • Ensuring that all the infrastructure and training needs in proper order and ready for use within one (1) day before the course begins.
  • Ensuring that food and accommodation support services received an average evaluation score of not less than 5.0 on a scale of MS ISO 9001:2008.
  • Providing library services in every working day from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Ensuring that 85% of the courses are recognized by the Accreditation Council conducted within and outside the country
  • Conducting research, development and coordination of ATM Competency on 40% of the total trade in ATM.
  • Providing feedback to all complaints and inquiries within a period not later than two (2) working days
